2025 NWMC Registration
General Instructions:
Read All Instructions Carefully: Make sure to review all instructions before filling out the registration form.
Required Fields: Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Payment Requirement: Full payment or a $50 non-refundable deposit is required for each registrant (unless registering with a scholarship)
Family Registration: If registering as a family, start by registering the primary contact person and then add others using the "Add Another Registrant" button at the end of the registration page.
Scholarship Application:
Apply for a Scholarship First: If you wish to apply for a scholarship, fill out and submit the online scholarship form first (CLICK HERE to apply for a scholarship).
Do Not Register Before Scholarship Submission: Do not proceed with registration until the scholarship application is submitted.
Discounts:
Early Bird Discount: Save $50 on all full-time registrations (all ages) until March 31, 2025. Does not apply to Conference Staff, Commuter, or Part-Time Registrations.
Homecoming Discount: If you have not attended NWMC in 5 years or more, you are eligible for a $100 Homecoming Discount (available for all ages, full-time or part-time registrations, but not for commuter registrations).
First-Time Participant Discount: First-time attendees are eligible for a $100 First-Time Participant Discount (available for all ages, full-time or part-time registrations, but not for commuter registrations).
Discount Calculation: All eligible discounts will be automatically applied during registration.
Discount Usage: Only one coupon or discount can be used per registration. You cannot combine multiple discounts.
Fees:
Registration Fee: A $4.99 registration fee will be applied to all registrations.
Convenience Fee: An additional convenience fee will be charged for all credit card payments.
